2. Products & Availability

All our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
However, colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or discontinue an item at any time.



3. Pricing & Payment


All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies on the site without prior notice.


4. Orders & Confirmation


Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified or the product is out of stock.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


5. Shipping & Delivery


We offer:

  • Free shipping within Europe for orders above £50.

  • Free worldwide shipping for orders above £199.

Orders below these thresholds:

  • Europe (< £50) — £4.95

  • Rest of the world (< £199) — £19.95

We ship all UK orders Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — Ombre London covers all import tariffs and UK import VAT.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2 business days (if ordered before 2 pm)

  • EU: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of the world: 3+ business days

During holidays or peak periods, delivery may take longer.
We do our best to dispatch and deliver as quickly as possible.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges


At Ombre London, we value your satisfaction.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the attached handtags.

  • Please register your return request via our returns page or contact info@ombrelondon.com.

  • Returns from different orders cannot be sent together in one parcel — each order should be returned separately.

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Ombre London.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Gift Orders

If your purchase was received as a gift, you may exchange it for another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
