At Ombre London, we value your satisfaction with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have the option to return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn and undamaged. Please package the items in the original packaging with the attached handtags.

Please note: Returns from different orders cannot be sent in one package. To ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly, we kindly ask you to send each order back separately.
